Wheatley Events

Forest Hill Village Hall, Forest Hill, OX33 1DY

NB This session is held at The Forest Hill Village Hall in Forest Hill, not at The Maple Tree in Wheatley!
This is a stay, play and learn session for all children under five and their parents, carers or grandparents with an emphasis on the Early Years' Communication and Language, and Personal, Social and Emotional Development, as well as parental support.
There is an area for young babies and lots of optional fun activities. We serve snack for the children and offer refreshments for the parents too.  Older children are welcome during the holidays. We finish with a circle-time.
We are open year-round, and drop-ins are welcome! There is a £3 suggested donation. We ask that fill in a one-time registration form and that you sign in each time. For more details, please see our social media pages or our website.

At The Maple Tree we have play-based learning activities for under fives and for older sisters and brothers in school holidays. For parents and carers The Maple Tree is a place to meet other families, get involved with hands-on learning with their child and sometimes to get help with the tough task of parenting. We have events for the whole family to enjoy together, and courses – like Paediatric First Aid – that are just for adults. We have different sessions running every weekday – come and join us!
